Applied Pilates and Personal Training Studio is the Pilates equipment-based studio in the heart of Helensburgh. The Pilates Method of total body conditioning is the foundation of all sessions and classes. Some sessions and classes are 100% pure Pilates; others are a hybrid of Pilates, gravity training, strength conditioning, boxing for fitness, agility training and balance challenges.
