Home training programs take the guesswork out of 'what to do' to achieve your goals.
If you like or need to exercise 'solo' they are a great way of staying motivated and accountable to your exercise program.

Each program is tailored to meet individual needs and circumstances - like whether you love or hate running, what equipment you have at home already and any injuries you may have.

Home training programs are based on resistance training. Each day is different. Each day is set out for you.

Programs are designed for ALL levels, from absolute beginners to the outrageously fit. The following programs are some of the popular 'generic' programs from which your program can be built:

Absolute beginners
If you have never lifted a weight in your life, don't know a deadlift from a dip and want to add resistance training into your exercise schedule, this four week program is for you. Covering foundation exercises, terms and techniques - this program will introduce you to the wonderful world of resistance training - the key to a strong, lean body.

12 Week Body Sculpt
Use your exercise time wisely to get the results you are after. Change the shape of your body with resistance training. This program is broken down into three rounds to keep you motivated and keep your body guessing. Build lean muscle and melt the fat away. Price includes a 1 hour private technique session and written dietary guidelines.

6 Week Body Sculpt

A variation of the 12 Week Body Sculpt, this 'Push Pull' resistance training program is a quick fix for upcomming school reunions, weddings and other social deadlines. Price includes a 1 hour private technique session and written dietary guidelines.

Inner Strength
Learn how to use gravity, swiss balls, and stability challenges to develop core strength. Emphasising functional 'dynamic stability' this program is ideal for athletes,sportspeople, surfers and fitness enthusiasts who want to take training to the next level. Price includes a 1 hour private technique session.
