Policies

Expiration of pre-paid packages

Private and semi-private lessons have a 6-month expiration from date of purchase.

Mat classes have a 3-month expiration from date of purchase.


Cancellation

All sessions are scheduled by appointment. 24-hours notice is required for cancellation.

Less than 24-hours and you will be expected to pay for your lesson.

If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot.

If you are late, you will be charged for the entire lesson and will receive the remainder of your lesson only.


Refunds

Unused balances of packages can be refunded or transferred before the expiration date.

The unused portion will convert to a single class rate and the balance will be refunded.
